Matt Kramer, from the Wine Spectator, wrote a beautiful piece as to what many oenophiles see in wine and the opportunities it can offer. It is more than merely a chance to imbibe, but a chance to be taken to a different country, to relive that summer on the coast, or to create new lasting memories. Drinking wine not only enhances our food, but for a brief second, can give one an immediate, and in most cases, much needed vacation. His request is minor, to explore one fine wine a week, but the benefits can be exponential…..
